Homeowners' Association (RPIA)
Membership in the Royal Palm Home Improvement Association is a prerequisite. Applicants are required to complete a Royal Palm Homeowners' membership application and appear for a personal interview. The application fee is $1,000 for new members and $200 for existing members. All fees are non-refundable. Deed Restrictions and Home Building Guidelines are applicable. Annual Assessment
The annual property maintenance fee in Royal Palm is $2,132 per lot. This includes 24 hour manned security, maintenance of the Royal Palm entryways and a staffed Royal Palm Homeowners' Association office (Open Monday – Friday from 9am to 4pm).
