About Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club

Royal Palm has  private security  which is solely staffed by RPIA.  These 19 State of Florida certified officers are fully trained in CPR and fire-arms.  The security force has 3 vehicles and 3 bicycles.  At all times there is a roving patrol and guard posted at each of the 2 entries.

No.  Club membership is not mandatory when buying a home in Royal Palm. (Please note however, joining the Homeowners Association (RPIA) is mandatory for homeowners) The community and the Club are in no way affiliated.  They are just good neighbors with the same georgraphical location.

Golf - The course was originally designed in 1959 by Robert Trent Jones, Sr.  The most dramatic change to date was the Club hiring Jack Nicklaus to create a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course in 2002.

Tennis - 6 lighted tennis courts and pro shop- are conveniently located next to the fitness center where on-site professionals are available.

Croquet - At Royal Palm, croquet is a grown-up version of the backyard game played across America. Between shots, members may sip on cool refreshments in the new croquet pavilion overlooking our two championship croquet courts.  In March, 2005, the United States Croquet Association (USCA) named Royal Palm its Club of the Year.

Fitness - Our 7,000 square foot fitness center offers both strength and cardiovascular equipment, steam rooms and locker rooms.  Other services provided include pilates, one-on-one training and massage therapy.

Marina - Situated in a safe,well-protected bay, with ocean access only minutes away, the Royal Palm Yacht Club provides first class service including a full time dock master available to members.  The marina features concrete docks with phone, water, fuel and electric to accommodate vessels from 18 feet to over 100 feet.

Royal Palm is proud to have a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course that was redesigned  in 2002.  The original golf course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. in 1959.

Yes. (Members Only) Boat slips are currently available from 18 feet to over 100 feet at $13.50 per foot/per month.

Yes.  All waterways in Royal Palm are ocean access with no fixed bridges. Conveniently located between Boca Raton Inlet (just north) and the Hillsboro Inlet (south).

Homeowners Association

Utilities are located underground in Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club.  Recently Natural Gas lines have been installed throughout the community.  Each homeowner can make arrangements to be connected through Florida Public Utilities.

Originally the count was 745 consisting of 229 Waterfront, 285 Golf course and 231 Interior lots. There are now less than 700.  This is due to residents buying an adjoining lot to increase their property size.  In some cases, several lots are adjoined.

Yes. RPIA (Royal Palm Improvement Association) has an annual fee of $2,311 per lot. For new members there is a $1,000 application fee. (Please note there has never been a special  assessment in the past 50 years)
