Marketing Director
As Director of Marketing, Ms. Cascalheira is responsible for implementing Royal Palm Properties’ strategic marketing efforts. Reporting directly to Royal Palm Properties owner David Roberts. Technology models and innovative marketing strategies—combined with a strong design background—is redefine ways the company is able to move quickly and effectively in decisions surrounding where best to place advertising and marketing resources.
Prior to joining Royal Palm Properties, Ms. Cascalheira held a number of marketing positions, including as Art Director for the North Broward Hospital District (Ft. Lauderdale, FL). In that role she was responsible for the design of numerous marketing campaigns and execution of advertising placed throughout the South Florida market. She was also employed by Florida Atlantic University (Boca Raton, FL) as a Senior Art Designer and Publication Production Specialist.
With more than 18 years of experience, after graduating from the Rhode Island School of Photography, and making the transition to design and marketing while completing a Bachelors of Science degree at the Art Institute. Ms. Cascalheira spent 10 years as a freelance consultant, gaining extensive experience in every aspect of design, marketing and advertising.
