Royal Palm Properties 2010 Annual Showcase of Homes Presented by Owner David Roberts

On Sunday, March 7th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Royal Palm Properties broker/owner David Roberts will again host the Annual Royal Palm Showcase of Homes, an occasion many consider Boca Raton’s real estate event of the year. 

      Today, the site of over 680 residences, Royal Palm is alive with activity as final plans are underway for the Annual Showcase of Homes.  “We are very excited about this year’s event which will feature over 40 magnificent properties ranging in price from just under $1 million to over $14 million,” says Roberts who has hosted the event for more than 20 years. 

 Event goers will be met by Roberts and his team of hostesses at the 43 homes open for viewing. Roberts will spend his time meeting with visitors at one of the community’s newly furnished intracoastal properties at 510 Alexander Palm Road built by SRD Building Corp.  The 7,828 square foot estate is valued at $8.995 million.  The Annual Royal Palm Showcase of Homes provides an opportunity for the prospective high-end home buyer to take a look inside some of south Florida’s most beautiful homes.
