With a Real Estate career that spans over 30 years, Royal Palm Properties owner, David W. Roberts, a licensed real estate broker, is considered an expert in the luxury home market. He has consistently, year after year, sold more homes in Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club than all other real estate companies combined, and continues to represent the majority of residents who have properties listed for sale. Roberts has sold over $1 billion of residential real estate, making him one of the top real estate agents in the United States.
What grew into an extremely successful career began in Roberts’ hometown of Warren, Michigan, starting in his early twenties when he first became a licensed builder and real estate broker. It was there that Roberts began selling real estate with a nationally affiliated company, rising quickly among the ranks of fellow realtors far more senior. Yet, while his career thrived, always in the back of his mind was the desire to move to South Florida; specifically, Roberts had decided he wanted to move to Boca Raton. And Roberts didn’t want to move just anywhere- he had set his mind on one community in particular, Royal Palm Yacht and Club.
